Our beef is our tastiest product offered here at the Harrison Farm. The all natural beef is free from hormones, steroids, and antibiotics.

Unlike suppliers to major grocery stores and restaurants, all of the beef sold by Harrison farms is bred, born, and fed at Harrison Farms. These calves are fed with the focus on a quality finished product and they never receive any antibiotics, steroids, hormones, or growth additives.

Once weaned from the cow, at about 205 days old, the calves enter their growing stage. During this stage, they are fed a specifically balanced natural feed to work the available forage (grass or hay) at Harrison Farms. Once a goal weight of about 1000 to 1250 pounds is reached, they are placed into the finishing pen where they are fed a custom blended ration developed by Harrison Farms for growth and carcass finishing while adding the desired marbling without getting the beef overly fat.

Once the steer is ready for harvesting, it is transported to the C & F Meat Company in College Grove, Tennessee for processing. With nearly 20 years of experience and registered with the Better Business Bureau, the C & F Meat Company is a USDA plant with full time inspection that offers Harrison Beef custom processing necessary for a top quality finished product.

Once harvested at C & F Meat, the beef is aged for a minimum of 21 days before it is processed and cut according to your specifications. We then deliver the beef to you ready for your own freezer.
